Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive in-person and virtual patient care, meeting volume targets.
  • Lead and guide clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service.
  • Document patient interactions accurately and promptly.
  • Develop diagnoses, recommend treatments, and educate patients on care plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications responsibly.
  • Follow clinical guidelines, participate in meetings, and complete mandatory training.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing, DEA registration, and other credentialing requirements.
  • Engage in community outreach and uphold company core values.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
  • 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred; telehealth experience is a plus.
  • Active license, DEA registration, and DOT certification within designated time frames.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and patient-centered approach.
