Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
