Hourly Wage

The hourly rate will be at or above the minimum wage for the job location. The rate is $15–$28 per hour.

Performance incentives may be paid annually or quarterly. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific situations, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat/Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
