Role summaryOnline Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, package merchandise, ensure order accuracy, make appropriate substitutions, and consult customers to ensure satisfaction.
What you’ll doOnline order fillers shop for customers, select appropriate products, and fill orders in a fast‑paced environment. They dispense orders and engage customers during the process, often juggling online and in‑store duties. The role includes handling evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
