No two shifts are exactly alike! Our Retail Team Members help keep the store running smoothly while creating an awesome experience for shoppers and donors.

You might:

• Welcome customers and donors with a smile
• Help shoppers find hidden treasures
• Run the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Accept and sort donations
• Hang, tag, stock, and organize merchandise
• Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and looking great
• Work alongside a supportive and fun team
• Help open or close the store
• Jump in wherever needed to keep things moving

Retail experience is great, but not required we can teach the skills. We’re more interested in finding people with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or willingness to pursue one through The Excel Center of West Central Indiana
• Retail experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
