SALES MANAGER – DRIVE PERFORMANCE. LEAD PEOPLE. DOMINATE THE MARKET.We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team to the next level. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the sales floor, including new and pre-owned vehicle departments

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed monthly goals

Monitor sales performance, CRM activity, and customer follow-ups Create and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns

Analyze market trends and inventory to maintain a competitive edge Partner with Finance, Service, and BDC to create a seamless customer experience

Recruit, train, and develop top-tier talent

Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (or strong Sales Professional ready to step up)
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets

Strong understanding of CRM and dealership software

High energy, competitive drive, and leadership presence

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
