Security Officer - Second Shift

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or contractor access as directed by site procedures, and provide clear directions or assistance to guests entering the location.;
Support daily property operations by communicating with building management and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding maintenance issues, suspicious activity, policy violations, and other security-related concerns.
