This full‑time position supports outstanding customer experience, efficient operations, and profitability by processing customer orders. The role operates in a fast‑paced, climate‑controlled, fully automated fulfillment center with opportunities for cross‑training and learning.

• Perform inbound and outbound functions including unloading/receiving, replenishing, picking, sorting, packing, and loading/shipping customer orders.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company work rules, HR and Loss Prevention policies, and labor‑management standards.
• Work in accordance with safety guidelines and maintain a safety‑first mindset for oneself and colleagues.

• Ability to lift, push, pull, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach in a manner requiring frequent and extended periods of lifting up to 50lbs.
• Basic reading, writing, and math proficiency.
• Basic understanding of RFID technology.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
