Senior Relationship Banker, Union Float

• Build relationships with customers through face-to-face engagement
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs
• Obtain and process customer and account information
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services
• Recommend financial solutions based on customers’ goals and needs
• Originate and close consumer loans
• Open accounts
• Open and/or close the branch

• National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
• Ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
• Effective and confident client communication
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
• Cash handling experience
• Active listening and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies

Demonstrates expertise in customer engagement and financial services, with a strong ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions. Proficient in compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
