Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
Deliver physical therapy to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
Teach patients and caregivers the skills needed to promote independence and productivity.
Collaborate with peers, provide referrals, and support collaborative care.
Adapt to diverse patient settings and maintain a patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.

Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master’s degree in a related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with five years of progressively responsible PT experience.

For degrees earned outside the U.S., evaluation as the U.S. equivalent of a Physical Therapy degree.

Posted Salary Range: USD $43.00 – $50.00 /Hr.
