Rehab Aide – Full-Time

We are seeking a Rehab Aide to join our rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare who enjoys working in a collaborative environment while supporting residents through their rehabilitation journey.

• Prepare therapy treatment areas and equipment before and after resident sessions
• Safely transport residents to and from therapy appointments throughout the facility
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked rehabilitation department
• Support therapists with non-clinical tasks to help ensure efficient daily operations
• Monitor therapy supplies and organize equipment
• Assist with light clerical duties, including filing and scheduling support
• Provide a positive, welcoming experience for residents participating in therapy services

• Work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and nursing professionals
• Gain valuable experience in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or patient care preferred
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required
