Responsibilities

Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. You will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You are a healer and a helper, and you address the whole patient, seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to execute a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities and independence.

You are adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of work and settings. You are a teammate who collaborates with peers and is also comfortable making referrals to help the patient thrive. You know that being an Occupational Therapy Assistant means putting patients first and ensuring patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
  • Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
  • Salary

    Posted Salary Range: USD $25.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
