Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN
Autumn Lake at Greenfield
Milwaukee, WI
$35–$40/hour
We are looking for a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in improving independence and everyday functional skills. Work alongside a licensed Occupational Therapist as part of a supportive interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
- Assist residents with ADLs, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional activities
- Follow individualized treatment plans and monitor resident response
- Communicate progress and relevant changes to the supervising therapist
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to support resident goals
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin COTA license required
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred
