Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Greenfield | Milwaukee, WI $27–$33/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a COTA to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake this role, you'll help residents work on the daily routines that matter to them, from personal care to using tools and strategies that make tasks easier.
What You'll Do- Provide treatment under plans established by a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Guide residents through activities that support independence and daily function
- Observe how residents respond to treatment and share updates with the OT
- Complete timely documentation and coordinate with the care team
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and disability insurance
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active Wisconsin COTA license
- Good communication and documentation skills
