Responsibilities:Provide direct resident care, including personal care, hygiene, and meal assistance, in accordance with established policies and procedures
Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor residents' responses to medications
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration and vital signs
Participate in resident care planning, identifying and reporting changes in resident condition to licensed nurses
Assist with transfers, lifts, and repositioning of residents, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
Current CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin
Current Med Tech certification in the state of Wisconsin
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as well as stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
