Assistant Manager

Job Summary

As a Windsor Assistant Manager you are a key member of our store leadership team. You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store. You are responsible, in partnership with the Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

• Drive sales and build brand loyalty as the Host of the Party, providing an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining great talent, ensuring a wide talent pool and meeting retention goals.
• Own the sales floor to ensure daily operations run smoothly and create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Partner with the Store Manager to supervise, train, and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, and feedback.
• Follow all Windsor policies and procedures, maintaining integrity at all times.
• Support execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive and maintain a neat, clean, and visually appealing store in accordance with Visual Guidelines.
• Promote Windsor values and champion a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues with customers and associates as they arise.
• Effective communication in both group and one-on-one settings.
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to continually improve.
