Responsibilities

  • Project Management Consultation & Process/Quality Improvement – Collaborates with others to connect, implement and evaluate other project plans organization-wide, identifies, develops, and implements new methods, processes, and systems to improve and facilitate the team's work, and improves data quality and usability while streamlining reporting processes and deliverables. Provides recommendations to enhance or maintain high effectiveness in projects, works with functional leads to monitor and document project-related information, assists in defining measurements and outcomes, may facilitate teams assigned to the project or directly manage project management resources, coaches and mentors project team members, and understands and successfully performs the role of Supervisor (as appropriate).
  • Project Management Leadership – Engages clients and stakeholders, negotiates project scope as needed, and communicates with clients throughout the project. Identifies resources such as information, expertise, personnel, and instruments, problem‑solves gaps, leads project teams, and directs the work of others while assuming final responsibility for the result.
  • Data Analysis/Reporting – Conducts or supports complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of project data, summarizes findings, draws appropriate conclusions, and effectively communicates results to the team. Manages and directs regulatory reporting activities related to projects (e.g., IRB, updates and reports to funding agencies).
  • Communication & Relationship Management – Manages communication to and relationships with key project stakeholders, composes, edits, and delivers written and verbal communications, facilitates small‑group discussions, and keeps team members appropriately informed.
  • Strategic Planning – Strategizes with project, program, and department leadership to develop plans to advance objectives, fosters critical thinking on top issues and opportunities, collaborates to establish goals and objectives, prioritizes key objectives, and works with the team to meet those goals. Recommends infrastructure necessary to execute selected projects and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years related experience.
  • PMP certification required.

Annualized pay may vary based on FTE status – $91,520.00 to $
