Type: Full-time
Shift: 2nd – Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–12:00am
Pay: $21.70-$30.70 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour

We’re a hands‑on manufacturing team that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement. We’re currently looking for a skilled 2nd Shift Laser Operator A to join our production team.
What You’ll Be Doing- Set up, program, and operate CNC laser cutting machines
- Load sheet and plate material and run jobs accurately and efficiently
- Manually cycle machines to verify setup, speeds, and feeds
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Keep your machine and work area clean, safe, and organized
- 3–5+ years of laser cutting or related machine shop experience
- Ability to read blueprints, routings, and specifications
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and quality
