Global Power Components seeks an Industrial Engineer to join our Milwaukee, WI team on a direct-hire basis. This hands‑on role focuses on supporting day‑to‑day production issues and leading continuous improvement projects for engineered to order products on the production floor.
The successful candidate will create and implement SOPs, improve safety and ergonomics, and drive production rate improvements while coordinating with supervisors and operators.
