Pay: $19.70–$35.70 per hour (based on experience)

, we build high-quality industrial knives and hardened wear products. We’re a hands‑on team that values good work, clear communication, and people who take pride in what they make. We’re growing and looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our shop floor crew.
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
- Read drawings and specs to make sure parts are made right
- Change tools, adjust offsets, and make small program tweaks when needed
- Check your work using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Keep your machine and work area clean and safe
- Experience running CNC machines (or solid hands‑on shop experience)
- Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
