• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treating wounds, and performing vital signs checks
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions, identifying potential safety risks and taking appropriate action
• Participate in educational and recreational activities, promoting a positive and engaging environment for our residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs, improving overall quality of care and patient satisfaction
