Registered Nurse (RN), Air Care and Ground Transport

When a child’s life depends on minutes, precision, and teamwork, our Flight & Transport Nurses answer the call. As part of Cincinnati Children’s Pediatric Air & Ground Transport Team, you’ll deliver ICU‑level care in unpredictable environments, partnering with pilots, paramedics, physicians, and families to safely move critically ill children to the care they need.

Registered Nurses with 3+ years of pediatric ICU experience and a BSN from an ACEN, CCNE, or NLN CNEA accredited institution. We are looking for someone with night shift availability between 7:00PM and 7:00AM.

• Receive $5/hr critical care pay + $4/hr night shift differential pay + $4/hr weekend differential pay in addition to a base pay.
• We have a new dedicated helicopter, dramatically speeding up the transport of newborns and children.
• Critical care transport nurses rotate their time with ground and air transport, offering variety and opportunities to build diverse skills in a team environment.

• Associate/Diploma prepared RNs from ACEN, CCNE, or NLN CNEA accredited institution required. Minimum 2+ years of experience.
• If hired without a BSN or MSN, must enroll in a BSN or MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the program within 5 years.
• Preferred: BSN from ACEN, CCNE, or NLN CNEA accredited institution or MSN.
• Active Ohio RN license. May be required to obtain other state licensure.

Part time, night shift (7:00PM – 7:00AM). Employee Status:
Regular FTE 0.6. Weekly hours: 24.

Expected starting pay range: $37.00 – $41.40 per hour (annualized pay may vary based on FTE status).
