As a CNA on our team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assistance with daily living activities, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents. You will work closely with our licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Certified Nursing Assistants with AM and PM shifts are needed to join our dynamic team.

• Provide daily living assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Assist with toileting, incontinence care, and mobility exercises
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nurses
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and medication administration
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
