Retail Customer Experience Associate, Southridge Mall - Full Time

Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Colleague, you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences for our customers. You’ll prioritize customer satisfaction by actively engaging shoppers across all touchpoints—both in‑store and online—and drive cross‑category sales to support overall business goals. With a deep understanding of fashion, fit, and function, you will make tailored product recommendations and leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey.

You will also work across different departments daily, often transitioning between multiple areas throughout the day. In this role, you play a key part in client relationship building through outreach tools like My Client and social media, and collaborate with peers, store leaders, and brand partners to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and elevate the overall customer experience. In addition to service and selling, you support operational excellence through floor readiness, event execution, merchandise setup, and opening/closing procedures.

How

our Selling Colleagues spend their day

Our colleagues begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. They greet teammates, keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top‑selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions. They focus on the customer—offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating personal conversations that build lasting relationships.

Throughout the day they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They finish the day by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and thanking them sincerely. They support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve our customers and community.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12‑24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts as required.

  • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
  • Meet daily sales goal challenges.
