Support sales and profit goals and deliver the best customer experience in the department and store;
Ensure customer service across all areas of the store and promote loyalty app Hello Member and sustainability initiatives;
Maintain correct routines in fitting rooms and at checkout, including transactions, returns and exchanges;
Keep the store clean and tidy, manage stock levels, and oversee the garment cycle from delivery to presentation;
Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team and store colleagues; provide feedback and communicate regularly
