What You’ll Do

In this role you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. You will spend most of your time selling in the field, documenting and managing multiple sales cycles, and staying with the process through implementation until new business is up and running.

You will:

  • Grow our business while cultivating your own career.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a tailored sales strategy.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family and strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven sales track record with a strong history of closing deals and managing a territory.
  • Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style, excellent cold‑calling, time‑management, and presentation skills across paper, in‑person, and phone.
  • Confidently fearless, willing to embrace opportunities, take risks, and challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, natural leadership, resourceful, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Trusted advisor who builds relationships, lives integrity, and consistently delivers on promises.

A college degree is great but not required. Acceptable experience includes:

  • Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
  • Military experience that showcases teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a “never lose” mentality.
