Position Overview

Position Title:

Fulfillment Supervisor

Wage: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours:

2:00pm - 10:30pm (Monday - Friday)

• Supervise the daily operations of the order fulfillment team
• Make supervisory level decisions that impact food safety and efficiency
• Assist in hiring and training new staff members to maintain required personnel levels
• Provide performance feedback based on established KPIs and recommend promotions, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Monitor and enforce GMP and safety policies
• Ensure compliance with food safety protocols
• Provide accounting proof of delivery and order confirmation on disputed orders
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment warehouse
• Assist in picking and packing of all orders, ensuring timely completion
