Position: Records Scanning Gig 3 Day project

One-Time Records Scanning Gig (3-Day Project – TN)

Locations & Duration

  • Morristown, TN (37814): 2 days
  • Greeneville, TN (37745): 1 day

Total Project Length
: 3 consecutive days (If a candidate is open to both locations, this is a single 3-day project. Otherwise, assignments may be split.)

Important Note

This is a one-time, short-term project, not ongoing temporary work. Once the project is completed, the assignment ends.

About the Gig

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with a short-term onsite digitization project. The role involves scanning physical member files and uploading documents to secure cloud-based folders using a personal device.

Responsibilities
  • Manually scan physical member files
  • Upload documents to secure Dropbox folders
  • Ensure files are clear, complete, and properly organized
  • Handle sensitive information with care and discretion
  • Work independently onsite with minimal supervision
Qualifications
  • Comfortable using a smartphone to scan documents
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Reliable and able to commit to the full project duration
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or records experience preferred
  • Experience handling confidential information is a plus
Additional Details
  • Onsite role
  • One-time project only (no ongoing or recurring work)
  • Travel reimbursement may be available depending on distance
