The Content & Design Coordinator plays a key role in shaping the visual and creative identity of our brand across digital and print platforms. This position blends photography, graphic design, videography, and social media expertise to produce engaging, high-quality content that tells our brand story and supports marketing initiatives. The position will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, sales, and leadership teams to conceptualize, design, and execute creative projects that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photography for product, lifestyle, and social media content.
- Produce and edit video content, including short-form videos for social platforms.
- Design digital and print materials such as packaging, owner’s manuals, presentations, ads, and social graphics.
- Create and maintain cohesive visual identity across all channels and marketing materials.
- Develop creative content tailored for social media platforms, particularly Tik Tok.
- Support paid social and digital advertising campaigns by developing creative assets and assisting with optimization.
- Write or assist with copy for social media captions, website content, blogs, and marketing collateral.
- Build and design marketing emails and templates, support email campaign design and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts aligned with strategic goals.
- Manage and organize creative assets and content libraries for ongoing projects.
Required Education and Experience
Two to four years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or a related creative role.
Experience in marketing, eCommerce, or creative agency environments is preferred. A portfolio showcasing photography, design, and video work is required.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong photography skills, including product and lifestyle photography.
- Proficiency in videography and video editing (including simple motion graphics).
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or comparable tools.
- Familiarity with social media content creation, especially Tik Tok trends and formats.
- Knowledge of paid social and digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience building marketing emails and templates; familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact is a plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Excellent visual design sense with strong attention to detail, composition, and typography.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams and departments.
- Copy writing skills for social and marketing content are a plus.
