This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greeneville, TN. As a Sign Maker, you will design, produce, and install various types of signage, including banners, vehicle graphics, trade show exhibits, and custom solutions. The role involves using specialized tools and technology, collaborating with the design team, maintaining high-quality production standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time to meet client expectations.

• Proficiency in sign design, fabrication, and installation processes
• Experience with graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel
  
  DRAW, or similar
• Knowledge of material handling, equipment operation, and industry best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both clients and team members
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within deadlines
• Physical ability to perform installation tasks, including lifting and working at heights
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site work
• Previous experience in sign-making or graphic installation is preferred
