The
Instructional Assistant (SPED/CDC)is responsible for assisting the Teacher to provide a self-contained special education classroom. Work with small groups of special needs students, provide toileting and feeding assistance as needed.

This
parttime
position will work
29.5 hours per week andDOES NOT include benefits.

Applicants must have two (2) years college coursework, a college degree, or pass the Para Pro Assessment.

CPR Certification Required AND Specified Medication Trained (or willingness to become Certified/Trained in both). Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
