Lab Associate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Associate to support daily operations within our lab. This role is responsible for front-desk management, supply coordination, and delivering exceptional service to patients and visitors. A foundational understanding of medical terminology and processes is essential for effectively checking patients in and out.

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the lab’s front desk.
• Manage supply inventory, including ordering and restocking materials as needed.
• Professionally check patients in and out while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Use basic medical knowledge to support patient questions and workflow processes.

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting preferred.

• Basic medical knowledge required.
• Front-desk or administrative experience is a plus.

This position is based in a newly renovated office environment and offers competitive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within a large organization. Professional business attire is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeneville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Greeneville, TN.
