Production Associate Level I

Clayens US LLC, a leading San Francisco-based software company, is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Associate Level I. In this role, you'll support nightly software build and deployment workflows, monitor production job queues, run standardized scripts, and log issues for the engineering team. You will follow detailed procedures, document results, and escalate incidents when needed. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate records, and help ensure that software releases are delivered reliably, on time, and to quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute nightly software build and deployment procedures following standard operating guidelines.
• Monitor production job queues and system dashboards, identifying and reporting abnormalities.
• Run predefined scripts and tools to support release activities and basic troubleshooting.
• Log incidents and service requests accurately in ticketing systems and escalate when required.
• Document production results, status updates, and handoff notes for other shifts.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve production issues.
• Adhere to quality, security, and compliance standards during all production activities.
• Support continuous improvement of production workflows and documentation.
