Production Associate Level I

Clayens US LLC, a leading San Francisco-based software innovator, seeks a Production Associate Level I for 2nd shift. In this role, you'll support the software release pipeline by executing routine production tasks, monitoring system performance, and performing quality checks on builds and deployments. You'll follow detailed procedures, log issues, and collaborate with engineers to ensure stable, on-time releases. Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and report anomalies during 2nd shift
• Execute routine deployment and production tasks following SOPs
• Perform basic quality checks on builds and releases
• Log incidents and updates accurately in ticketing tools
• Escalate technical issues to engineering and IT teams
• Follow safety, security, and compliance procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support stable releases
• Participate in continuous improvement of production workflows
• Maintain clear shift handoff documentation
• Support occasional special production or release events
