Document Control Translator (English/Spanish) – Temporary

We are seeking a bilingual Document Control Translator to support our manufacturing team on a temporary 3– 6 month assignment. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and will assist with translating documents and facilitating communication between employees and management. Responsibilities:

• Translate documents accurately between English and Spanish.
• Interpret and facilitate communication between employees and management.
• Maintain document control procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Organize and manage documentation efficiently.
• Perform general administrative and computer-based tasks as needed.
• Support the manufacturing team with communication and documentation needs.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
