This is a full-time on-site role for a Metal Production Worker based in Greeneville, TN. The Metal Production Worker will be responsible for performing a variety of hands‑on tasks, including working with metal materials, operating machinery, performing welding tasks, interpreting technical drawings, and assisting with maintenance and repair of production equipment. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

• Proficiency in Metalworking, including handling and shaping metal materials
• Basic or advanced skills in Welding
• Ability to interpret technical Drawings for production tasks
• Experience in Maintenance and Repair of equipment and tools
• Familiarity with Steel Structures and their assembly or fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production schedules
• Commitment to workplace safety and best practices
• Physical stamina and capability to work in a factory environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in metalworking or related field is a plus
