Location: Greeneville, TN

Pay Rate: $15.75 per hour

• Ability to use basic mechanical tools and equipment.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Assist with loading metal sheets and steel beams into laser and fabrication equipment.
• Unload finished parts from machines and prepare them for the next production stage.
• Grind, sort, and locate parts according to work instructions.
• Label and identify parts to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Support fabrication and production teams with additional tasks as needed.
• Assist in keeping materials and finished products organized throughout the manufacturing process.
