Molding Operator – Greeneville TN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Operator to set up and operate molding machines while ensuring safe, efficient production. This role also includes machine programming, basic troubleshooting, documentation, and maintaining a clean work area. All shifts available, currently working Monday Friday with OT/Weekends. $15.25\u per hour paid weekly.

Responsibilities

Set and remove molds following established procedures.
Load machine and robot programs.
Respond to machine alarms and troubleshoot basic issues.
Perform line clearances and assist with mold changes and auxiliary equipment.
Complete required paperwork and production documentation.
Communicate equipment or production issues with supervisors and support teams.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous mold setting experience is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn mold setup procedures.
Ability to read and understand safety procedures and work instructions.
Dependable with strong attention to detail.
