Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

No experience necessary. Training will be provided.

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Ability to read and write for documentation, labeling, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow directions, production processes, and safety procedures
• Willingness to learn products and manufacturing processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

• Assemble fifth wheels, stationary mounts, and related components
• Perform grinding and basic fabrication tasks as needed
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
• Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and production specifications
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support general production, assembly, and manufacturing operations
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors
