Industrial Painter

Industrial Painter (Direct Hire) – Greeneville, TN

Starting Pay: $20.25/hour

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to prepare and paint large equipment using HVLP and pump-style spray systems. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits, advancement opportunities, and performance-based incentives.

• Sand and prepare surfaces for painting
• Apply high-quality paint and topcoat finishes
• Build and maintain proper topcoat thickness
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Maintain paint equipment and ensure quality standards
• Work safely while meeting production goals
• Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, climbing, bending, and reaching

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with gravity-fed HVLP guns and pump-style spray systems required
• Knowledge of paint mixing procedures and chemical usage
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs and work 8–10 hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
