Mixing Associate - 2nd Shift | Temp-to-Hire

Pay:$17.50 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 3: 00 PM - 11: 30 PM Training

Schedule:

Must be available to train on1st shift (7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM) during the training period.

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Drive a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Follow production processes and quality standards
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the operation
• Assist with general production duties as needed
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Machine operating experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs; heavier lifts will be completed as team lifts
• Willingness to learn multiple job functions and cross-train
• Comfortable working in a dirty, industrial, non-climate-controlled environment
• Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety
