1st shift Monday-Thursday 6: 00am-4: 30pm $17.00/hr Greeneville, Tn

• Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring production runs seamlessly and efficiently
• Conduct manual handling and heavy lifting to support material movement and assembly processes
• Maintain safety standards by adhering to safety protocols, including proper use of hand tools and personal protective equipment
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements for manufacturing workflows

• Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with hands‑on mechanical assembly and equipment operation
• Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles and safety protocol adherence
• Background managing or supporting production or assembly teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Understanding of warehouse operations, manual handling, heavy lifting, and process optimization techniques
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with technical proficiency to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
