Seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to prepare, paint, and finish equipment or components in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must have hands‑on experience with gravity‑fed HVLP paint guns, pump‑style spray systems, and paint mixing procedures.
Job Duties- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and masking.
- Apply primers, paint, and topcoats using HVLP and spray equipment.
- Mix paints and chemicals according to specifications.
- Read blueprints and follow painting requirements.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain spray equipment and painting systems.
- Follow safety procedures and production schedules.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience operating and maintaining HVLP paint guns and pump‑style spray systems.
- Knowledge of paint mixing and chemical applications.
- Industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or equipment painting experience preferred.
- Stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
- Climb ladders and work at varying heights.
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Work 8-10 hour shifts.
- Ability to distinguish colors and maintain depth perception.
