Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to help keep operations running safely and efficiently.

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Diagnose equipment problems and make necessary repairs
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Assist with installation, setup, and modification of equipment
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs
• Work closely with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred
• Ability to use common hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow equipment manuals, diagrams, and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
