** We're seeking Forklift Operator in partnership with John Deere in Greeneville, TN.

** Pay:
** Weekly pay potential up to $21.85 per hour (with production bonus)

** 1st

Shift:
** 8 or 9 hour shifts, Start times between 6:00am and 6:15am, Monday - Friday with overtime potential on Saturdays.

** 2nd Shift** : 8 or 9 hour shifts, Start time around 4:00pm, Monday - Friday with potential overtime on Saturdays. Standing up to 10 hours per shift, seasonal schedules, with potential overtime or weekends.

** What's a typical day as Forklift Operator? You'll be:*
* + Operating a forklift, tractor, gator, or tugger to deliver, pick up, load, unload, move, and/or sort parts

+ Using hand or power tools to assemble parts as needed

+ Performing quality checks visually or with gauges and measuring devices

+ Maintaining inventory status and contributing in a team environment

+ Following safety practices and maintaining equipment and facilities in line with 5S processes

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* +  
** Have at least 6 months of recent forklift experience (within the last 12 months)*
* + Hold a valid driver's license

+ Can pass a eye exam and forklift driving test

+ Demonstrate a strong sense of dependability and consistent attendance

+ Preferably have manufacturing experience and a high school diploma

+ Have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

+ Are at least 18 years of age and can pass a dexterity test

+ Can meet the physical requirements: repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, lifting up to 35 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 50+ lbs., standing up to 10 hours per shift, and working at heights up to 90 inches
