This Maintenance Technician role supports a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and systems. You will work hands-on with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and injection molding technologies to ensure reliable and efficient production operations.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and industrial equipment to minimize downtime and maintain safe operations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues ranging from 24V through 480V, including power loss situations, fuse failures, and contactor problems.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems, including 24V PLC system diagnostics, to support automated production processes.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in manufacturing and injection molding operations.
• Service and troubleshoot dryer systems, water heater systems, and other support equipment critical to production quality and efficiency.
• Conduct industrial troubleshooting and root cause diagnostics to identify underlying issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Support injection molding equipment maintenance and repair to ensure consistent operation and product quality.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and diagnostics clearly and accurately to support ongoing reliability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and coordinate equipment downtime effectively.
• Follow established safety procedures and best practices while working with electrical, mechanical, and industrial systems.

• Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
• Strong electrical skills with experience working on systems from 24V through 480V.
• Ability to diagnose power loss situations and restore equipment to safe operating conditions.
• Proficiency in fuse replacement, contactor troubleshooting, and electrical cabinet diagnostics.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, including 24V PLC system diagnostics.
• Mechanical aptitude with proven experience in hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting dryer systems and water heater systems.
• Industrial troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause diagnostics.
• Ability to work safely with industrial equipment and follow maintenance and safety procedures.

• Experience working with injection molding equipment and related support systems.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance or industrial maintenance environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform detailed root cause analysis.
• Comfort working in a hands-on, low-micromanagement environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production and other technical teams.

This is a Contract position based out of Greeneville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
