Signature HealthCARE - - Responsibilities:
Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.;
Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures.;
Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within the scope of practice as defined by state regulation and the resident’s plan of care.;
Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information, as assigned.;
Promote resident rights and choices within the care environment.
