Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinics. You will prescribe appropriate medications and treatments and collaborate with the clinic team to provide holistic care.
For Morristown and Greeneville locations, expect a full-time schedule with 32 hours minimum per week and injections as part of routine care. Active NP certification and DEA licensure in the state of practice are required.
