We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
Key responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, administering prescribed services, assessing physiologic and psychosocial changes, and analyzing care data to inform diagnoses.
Qualifications required are current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state, a current TB or Chest X-Ray, and a valid BLS card.
