Manage Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, and Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels using store volume and planning guides;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of perishable items;
Assist in scheduling coverage and staff supervision in the Perishable departments;
Record inventory and MDs, and ensure sanitation and safety compliance in perishable areas.
